I just got an email invitation for my ten-year law school reunion.

Ten years. Jeez.

I probably won't go. Although it's tempting, because I'm pretty happy
(now) with my career. I wouldn't feel ashamed or out of my league.
Hey, maybe I'd dye my hair pink again just for the hell of it. :)

Hmm, the more I think about it, the more tempting it is. I just have to
get more of this weight lost beforehand.

Maybe I will.

God, I never thought that we'd have reunions. I guess it makes sense but still, its weirding me out.

I'm not even dealing with the 10 year issue. Not at all.

And you should totally go!

I know, isn't it?? How much more competitive must a Georgetown Law reunion be? Jeez!

You have nothing to worry about, being on partnership track. :) I was always a free spirit (for Georgetown), so no one expected me to be a partner. Or even a lawyer.

I'm trying to remember who all was in my class that I'm interested in catching up with. Jim Oleske, maybe. Ben whatshisname who quit Covington & Burling after a year and went into management consulting. Einar, who couldn't find a job and figured he'd go back to driving a cab. I wonder if Beth and Rachel will go? Pete Brill, Mike Brewer, Scott somebody, Eileen somebody...

This could be really interesting. But I have to lose this weight! I could get back down to the weight I graduated at by that time, I'm pretty sure.

I wouldn't go if I didn't have a job. But I will, so I could. And I can stay with Beth, which is always fun.

Hah. Your ten years will come very soon...
