Suck.

I keep doing things wrong. Little things, like not being on time for a desk shift because I forgot my time sheet in the car and had to go back. Then finding out I was missing a time sheet, and filling out another one, only to find that they can't take them handwritten, they have to be compgen. And a host of other small things-- and my cold is so much worse. I've had a fever for the last 24 hours, but I can sit up, and I've already missed enough work, so I gulped down advil and came in to at least do my shifts.

I'm tired of being on the desk.

I'm seriously considering giving notice in 2 weeks, even if I don't have a definite answer yet from the new job. I could be done at the end of March, take all of April off to get things at home done and to de-stress, then start at the beginning of May, just as the spring semester ends.

I'll wait 2 weeks to decide. Hopefully by then new job will have more info for me. I hate to leave without a guarantee, but I just might, because I can't keep this up too much longer.

I ordered a bunch of books on library management from Amazon. I could read those during the month off, and get ready for this whole new challenge.

Damn, I feel crummy.

*snugs* I think you're wonderful.

Just sayin', cause everyone needs a bit of validation sometimes. Notice in 2 weeks sure sounds viable right now, doesn't it?
