It always happens this way, doesn't it?
So yesterday I applied for a job that I'd applied for months ago, but hasn't been filled. I am totally qualified, and I was in a fuckit kinda mood, so I applied again.

Got a call today. Interview on Friday. Hot damn. It's 30 hours a week, but ANYTHING will do until I get what I want. *crosses fingers*

Also, check out the new header. cianconnell, I'm looking at you. :)

I worry, because it's a librarian job, which is traditionally underpaid anyway, and it's part-time, so they may figure on paying me shit, since I can get another part time job. But hell, I'll go to the interview. Some money is better than no money.

(I'm trying not to hope that it pays enough to live on, and that I could start a custom wedding dress business out of my house. I've made 3 wedding gowns, 3 bridesmaids dresses, 2 flower girls... but no. I am not hoping. *stops hoping*)

Librarian jobs sound like they'd be underappreciated in much the same way jobs in the arts are.

But custom wedding dresses! Someday, maybe I'll ask you to recreate the one I fell in love with in Paris...
