I need angry music
In going through iTunes, I've found that my soothing and ethereal and folky music outweighs my angry music by... whatever music weight is measured by. :) I need angry shit. Music to scream along to in the car. As freak_in_need has pointed out, I'm a lightweight, given that my angry music right now is my Stone Sour album. So no music with overtly satanic themes *koffmaureenlycaonkoff* or stuff that's all screaming and noise with no actual musical structure. Also, words I can understand would be good.

Given all that, any recs? Any mp3s?

*rages against the Machine*

(and I do have one Zach de la Rocha song, but no actual RATM)

They did break up, Amy couldn't take anymore of Shaun's substance abuse. Which I can understand, but it makes me sad cuz they inspire such beautiful music in each other. Broken was my wedding song.

As for Staind and Linkin Park, no I would not refer to them as angry frat boy music. However, Jimmy Eats World does kinda fit that bill, I do enjoy the frat boy angst they sing though. However, Staind is more of a "angry stoned guy with a BEAUTIFUL voice rock" and Linkin Park is "One guy with a killer voice and one guy with awesome rapping skills duking it out with a killer rock band kinda rock." I adore them both and would recommend everyone listen to Linkin Park especially.

We are of course leaving out the end all and be all of hard angry rock. Metallica.

Aww, poor Amy.

Okay, shoot me some Staind and Linkin Park. Yay.

I've never liked Metallica, though.

Oh. Wow. I have never heard those words muttered before. Wow. They're like my... my rock group. My ultimate. I cannot live without my Metallica.

Oh! And it seems I am asking way too much of my work email to send a cd worth of a zip file.

So, I am using my ipod to transfer the zip files to home and I will email them from my home computer. Sorry!

Hee. Icon Love.

Well, give me a couple Metallica songs then, too. I can give them another try. Not "Enter Sandman," though, okay?

And no worries; I'm only at work for another 20 minutes.

Nah, I won't force Hetfield and the gang on ya if you don't like them. I'll just send the other 5 cd's when I get home. Still the same address?
