Ahh, horehound . . . such a bitter, bitter herb, and yet it makes such wonderful candy (or tea, provided you sweeten it with honey or sugar). It looks somewhat like mint, which it's closely related to, but is covered with white hairs. That's how it got its name.

IIRC, without bothering to look it up, chervil is a relative of parsley and is used much the same way.
