Dude. What is wrong with me?  
So yesterday, I left here at 4. Went home and lay down for a nap at 5.

Woke up at 9 am.

16 hours of sleep. I. Am. So. Spaced. I feel like I could lie down and sleep another 16 hours. I dreamed all night, and in my dreams, I was exhausted and falling asleep. In one dream, I fell asleep and actually had another dream. Then woke up from that dream into the first dream. Layers of dreams. In another dream, I asked for someone to give me a real Coke, because the caffeine and sugar would make my brain work again. So when I finally woke up and started in to work, I stopped and got myself a 20-oz real Coke. No energy. Got to work, and am on my 2nd Diet Coke. Still spacy.

Luckily, there is no actual work to do today. Came in late, will likely leave early.

WTF? I can't wake up all the way. I want to lie in my bed and listen to my white noise machine and sleep and sleep and sleep. Am I sick again? What do I have? It's not PMS, which is when I usually sleep too much. How do I wake up? Help me.

Take a walk - outside preferably. That should help to recharge and get those endorphins going. You're not sick, IMHO - you just slept too much.

I agree. The more you sleep, the more torpid you get.

if i knew the answer to this, i'd be a much happier person. moving around, as stated above, does seem to be a likely option.
