*twitch twitch twitch*

Today I left my wallet at home.

It's not as alarming as it sounds. I can still get in and out of the parking garage (FREE PARKING at work *boggles*) and I brought my own food. Breakfast was a yogurt, lunch was Lean Cuisine's lasagna with meat sauce. While good, and vaguely nutritious, these two things were not enough to keep me from a blood sugar crash. Luckily, someone put out candy. I'm not a snacker, but I scarfed down all the mini Twix bars I could grab.

I might have had to go without my caffeine, except for a fortunate stray golden dollar found in my purse. Soda here is subsidized at $.35/can. Rawk.

The only obstacle is making it back home (24 miles) with the gas needle on, but not through, the empty line. If 7-11 will take a check without ID, I'm set. Otherwise, I may be stuck on the freeway. This ought to be interesting...
I feel: boredbored

In the cars I've owned, you can easily go past the E line. On the line - no problem. Empirical evidence suggests that you are safe until the needle passes the E line so that no part of the needle still covers any part of the E line.
